Task 2 - Cost Benefit Analysis
Cost = Price & money
Benefit = The good you get out of something such as jobs, enjoyment, profit/income
I believe cost benefit analysis means the analysis of the cost of something or different alternatives in order to see whether the cost benefits outweighs the cost. So in this case using money to build and later on gaining money in the long term and creating more jobs, enjoyment and income.
Examples -
Hotel (400 rooms) Walking Path Water Park
Cost = $350 million Cost = $16.5 million Cost = $145 million
Benefits = Jobs (225), income and enjoyment for lots of people. Benefits = Enjoyment for people who like to go for walks. Benefits = Income $50 million, jobs 20%
